Welcome to The Shaman’s Journal.
The Shamans Journal is ‘not” designed to be either “organized” or “easy-to-understand.” In contrast, Shamans Journal is a “scratch pad” designed to be a “disorganized and somewhat chaotic place” that holds a comprehensive, wide range of different kinds of rough notes on a very wide range of topics.
These topics may include a variety of comments about the nature of any one or more of the following: shamanic work (service), shamanic activity (various shamanic modalities), shamanic education (learning), shamanic disciple(s), shamanic ethics, and/or shamanic rites of passage (ritual theater lab, gatherings, ceremonies, etc).
I’ve created this site to provide some creative space. I hope to share slices of life, perspectives, and budding thoughts that provide a fertile ground for dynamic thinking-feeling-doing.
If you’d like to write notes to add to this site, please send me an email describing your reason(s) for wanting to join in this dialog, and I will send you back a user name and password.
Blessings,
Peter M Skaife
